Get to Know the Team Behind Refresh Power Wash
We’re a local, family-operated exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial properties in Williamsburg and the Virginia Peninsula.
A Local Exterior Cleaning Company Built Around Personal Service
Refresh Power Wash is run by brothers Derek and Bryan Roberts, who have been working in exterior cleaning since 2019.
Being owner-operated means the people responsible for the business are also directly connected to the work, the communication, and the customer experience. There are no layers of corporate handoffs—just a local team that takes responsibility for how each property is treated.
What Owner-Operated Service Means for You
When you hire Refresh Power Wash, you are not simply booking a cleaning appointment with a national company.
You are working with a local business where decisions are made close to the job and where the quality of the finished result reflects directly on the people behind the company.
That means:
- Clear, straightforward communication
- A more personal customer experience
- Cleaning decisions based on the actual property
- Greater attention to how each surface should be treated
- Accountability from the people running the business
Experience That Shapes the Way We Work
Since entering the exterior cleaning business in 2019, Derek and Bryan have worked with different properties, exterior materials, and levels of buildup. That experience has reinforced an important principle: not every surface should be cleaned the same way.
A roof, vinyl siding, and concrete driveway each require a different approach. That is why Refresh Power Wash considers the material, condition, and type of buildup before determining how a surface should be cleaned.
That means:
- House Washing
- Soft Washing
- Roof Cleaning
- Concrete Cleaning
The Standard We Bring to Every Property
Understand the Surface
Before deciding on a cleaning approach, we consider what is being cleaned and the condition of the area.
Use the Appropriate Method
Different materials call for different levels of pressure and different cleaning techniques.
Pay Attention to the Details
The finished result is often determined by the areas that are easiest to overlook.
Treat the Property With Respect
Whether we are working at a home or commercial property, we approach the job with care and professionalism.
Work Directly With a Local Team
